payment do you accept?
You can shop at littlebugsboutique.com with
confidence. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on
the Little Bug's Boutique web site. On-line ordering is straightforward
and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product
page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We
also offer a convenient PayPal checkout option. Please
make sure the billing address you have entered matches your credit
card billing address. Orders cannot be processed if they do
not match.

What if I don't know what size
to order?
Feel free to use our Sizing Guidelines to assist you
in choosing the right size. I
t is extremely important to make
sure you order the appropriate bracelet size, as there are NO refunds
or exchanges due to improper wrist measurements. We do include
a FREE, 1/2" extender chain on every child-sized bracelet (with exception
to jewels with toggle clasps) for size adjusting and longer wear and
1-1/2" extender chains on most child-sized necklaces.
What if
I order the wrong size?
Don't worry, if you've ordered the wrong size
or your bracelet just doesn't fit for some reason, we can re-string
your piece for a nominal fee of $8.50 per piece. This only allows
for adjustment up or down of 1/2". We will NOT turn a child
bracelet into adult size for this feel.
Do your products contain lead?
In
recent years, lead products and lead poisoning have become hot topics.
For this reason, we do not use components or beads made from unknown
metals. To ensure safety, we only use genuine sterling silver components
and beads in our designs. By definition, sterling silver is
92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Swarovksi crystals DO contain
lead; although, the lead is encased within the molecular structure
of the crystal, thus not allowing the lead to be exposed. See

What if I need to return
an item?
Jewelry returns are accepted if the item is returned within
14 days in it's original packaging and in new condition. Any
personalized jewelry sales are FINAL. If an item arrives with a faulty
clasp or other damaged component due to our craftsmanship, we will
be more than happy to repair and/or replace the item once we've inspected
it.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Delivery times do vary
but most in-stock products ship within 1-2 days. Check item details
for specific shipping times for out-of-stock items. Some of
our products are hand made at the time your order is placed. Please
allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate
and also allow 4-5 days for shipping. You will be notified by email
when your order has been shipped.
How are your items packaged?
Unless
otherwise noted, each jewel is tucked inside a clear poly-bag and
placed inside a organza gift bag.
