Until further notice any of our products that contain swarovskicrystal and/or cat's eye components can ONLY be sold for children ages 13 and over.  We have been able to substitute a lead-free crystal in some designs, but not all.  In our Children's Jewelry category you will find items made entirely of CPSIA compliant components.  Our entire collection will continue to be available in adult sizes.

The Bitty Block collection is CPSIA compliant.  Certificates are available.  Please contact us for links to downloadable Certificates of Compliance.

The Bitty Caps collection has not yet been officially tested for CPSIA compliancy, however we have every reason to believe that we are 100% in compliancy.  The Bottle Caps we use are food-grade bottle caps manufactured by the only Bottle Cap manufacturer in the US.  All other components used have been previously tested (during Bitty Block testing) and/or are exempt.

The Trinkets collection has not yet been officially tested for CPSIA compliancy, however we have every reason to believe that we are 100% in compliancy.  The jewelry trays used are handmade using lead-free materials (certificates are available upon request).  All other components used have been previously tested (during Bitty Block testing) and/or are exempt.
