Terms & Conditions listed below are for Retail Wholesale Customers Only. Policies for drop ship accounts may vary.
New Customers:
Payment is due in full at the time of order in the form of a business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Terms will be considered for existing customers in good standing who have ordered 3 times in the last 6 months. Customers applying for terms must submit a Little Bugs Boutique credit application with 3 industry references as well as a state issued business certificate. Do not list credit card, utility companies or personal accounts. Allow up to 14-business days for credit processing.

Shipping:
All merchandise is shipped direct from our Studio in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Most orders are shipped via USPS.
Free Freight on Opening Orders of $150 or more (displays included, bitty spinner display excluded)
$6 Flat Shipping on all re-orders (displays excluded).
Minimum Order:
Little Bugs Boutique opening minimum order is $125 and all re-orders are $75 minimum. There is a $6 processing fee for all re-orders placed under minimum.
Backorders:
Backorders under $20 or older then 90 days will be subject to cancellation. If you prefer not to receive any backorders, please make note of this on your order.
Late Payment:
A 1.5% finance charge will be accrued monthly on all unpaid past due invoices. No allowances or deductions will be permitted on past due invoices. Late payments will affect future shipments.
Collection Costs:
The customer will be responsible for any and all collection costs, including litigation costs.
Errors/Returns:
We try our best to ship orders accurately. If you find we have made a mistake regarding your order or you have received a damaged item, please notify our studio within 10 days of receiving your order. Any requests after the 10-day grace period may not be honored. All returns MUST be approved by LBB and be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip. Credits will not be issued for returned goods that are discontinued designs and/or not in resalable condition. Credits will offered via the original method of payment and is subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Made to Order:
We are proud of our products and stand behind the quality of our work. In order to maintain our high quality and freshness of material, each order is made to order, upon receipt. Pendants are handcrafted and sealed for durability with a non-toxic, water based glaze. As such, the pendants are water resistant, but NOT waterproof. Remove before swimming, showering, rainy days, etc. Pendants are made of small parts and are not intended for children under the age of 3. CPSIA compliant.
